VPN between 2 Mikrotik, part of the local area is seen. How to fix?

There is a tunnel between two Mikrotik RouterBoard RB951-2n. From both ends you can see the router and part of the local area behind it. Has anyone faced this? How can I fix it?

And what's the problem here? Or the routes are not registered, or the firewall is blocking.
