Hotspot pops up on security.apple.com?

Please tell me what could be the reason:
“over time, a redirect for apple to the security.apple.com website appears on the hotspot, for Android there is simply no access to the Internet.”
Mikrotik router works with unifi points.
A solution for 2-3 days helps to overwrite the configuration, or change the internal addressing. The hotspot itself works through the authorization site, which is registered in the walled list.
It can't be that the provider is redirecting something?
Because in other places problems like this do not occur on identical mikrotik equipment settings.
