Should Apple send a repair document?

Hello. I got into a very strange situation. I bought a macbook in Russia about 9-10 months ago and almost immediately flew to Thailand, where various defects began to appear. Repeatedly contacted the official service centers for repairs. The total period of repairs during the warranty period exceeded 30 days, officially contacted the services 4 times, unofficially 8 times, probably. Upon arrival in Russia, I called Apple and said and asked for a replacement, because. the advertisement says that after three trips to the service center, we give you a new device. To which I was told that this is not practiced in Russia. Then I went to the store and demanded a replacement, because. the total number of repairs exceeded 30 days. To which I was told that I needed evidence from the service center. I called the Russian Apple with a request for acts from service centers, they looked in their database, confirmed that I had indeed repaired several times, but the acts said that they had no right to expel, and that I needed to contact the Thai service center directly. And I don't even know how to call or write there. Advise how to be in the given situation?

Generally they should. As an option, call any service center and ask for the email address of the Thai service center. Or a phone number. Well, or a telemetry channel to the Thai service center. This information is not confidential, so it will be given to you. If not, then as an option, go to court or to a familiar lawyer.
