Capacitor can be replaced with ...capacitor, 0.33uF, 275V (non-polar).
UPD. Still, diagnostics are needed, perhaps more diodes have flown, and the capacitor may be completely useless.

This is a capacitor in the filter, you can not change it for anything, just unsolder it, the power supply will work.
