The brush goes into a corner in Adobe Flash Pro CC, what should I do?

Including means Adobe Flash Pro CC. I set everything up the way it should. I'm starting to draw (I draw on the GPU). And the brush goes into a corner and presses the Fl button. What should I do? PS The mouse draws everything normal
