Recently, the browser has been behaving very strangely - it works fine for a while (for this you need to restart the computer, and not just turn it on), and then it stops loading pages. The torrent works, and I also tried to ping via cmd, there are no problems, and the browser does not work :(
Is there anything else I need to report?

It is necessary to check if there are any extra plugins / extensions, if any keys have been added to the browser shortcut. Reinstall the browser in the end. Install another browser and see if it works. And as the apogee of all this disgrace, reinstall windows.
