The bootstat.dat file like KMPlayer64.dat needs to be deleted, but how?

I decided to handle Windows with pens and then I see this:

KMPlayer did not install, current GOM.

I tried to find it through Autoruns and Process Hacker = there is no file, as if it does not exist at all ...

Through safe mode - nothing, through unlocker - does not delete, rename, and nothing at all (even after a reboot it does not delete.).

The virus total and the defender do not say anything at all. File as a file - everything is a bundle!

As I understand it, demolish Windows and not bathe, but still there may be a solution, or as an option if it does not load the system - leave it?

What for? If the file is not deleted, then it is in use. DAT is not any format. Just binary data. KMPlayer has nothing to do with it at all
