Guys, good day to all! There is a PC with Win 7 and a smartphone based on Android 6. You need a high-speed Internet ... some time on Android. I remember doing this procedure on Android 4. I activated the debugging functions via USB and usb-Internet on smart, and in the properties of the main network (Internet) I activated access to the Internet. In turn, in addition networks (network between smart and PC), changed ip in protocol 4. But that's bad luck. In android 6 there is no usb-Internet function, there is only a Usb-modem (but as far as I know, this function allows you to distribute the Internet in the return line, i.e. on a PC), I could be wrong. In general, I do everything the same, but it does not start. Network status (no network and no internet access). I would be very grateful to everyone for help.
