The block is not showing correctly, what's the problem?

There is a block on the site, in it h1 and h2, the locale is displayed normally in all browsers. But I uploaded it to the hosting and in chrome this block is displayed incorrectly (there are no css properties). Although everything is ok in the same mozilla, what could be the problem?
It's not adblock or other extensions. Even in IE everything is ok

Сложно подсказать, не видя кода. Рискну предположить, что надо сбросить стили по умолчанию для элемента *. Либо прописать нужные стили для заголовков
