Conversion
DeusModus, 2010-11-02 15:40:36

The best system for tracking users on the site (in order to increase conversions)?

Recently, I thought about increasing the conversion and remembered systems that offer to place js on your site, and then observe user actions.
Perhaps someone has used similar services and can recommend a better solution?

And Google Analytics is poor for you in terms of functionality? You can track actions there, but what are your needs? ..

If you need it in real time, then chartbeat.com/ did not see anything better.

I really like metrica.yandex.ru. She has not only a click map, but also a link map, by looking at which you can determine where the user clicks.
And there are also paths along which the user walks, which can be used to identify where the user gets stuck and leaves the site.

Tried all of these stackoverflow.com/questions/1280516/alternatives-to-userfly-com
mouseflow.com/ - liked this one the most
www.ghostrec.com/ - browsing didn't work on safari 5. On FF 3 ok, I didn’t check others

I use metrica.yandex.ru + Google analytics at the same time - each system has its own advantages and disadvantages, but in a pair they give out all the information I need.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
