The best SSDs at the end of 2018?

You need to buy SDD for ~ 240Gb for working PCs. I price the budget for 1 pc. 5-6 thousand, what now justifies the price quality?
At the beginning of the year, there were rumors: Mainstream 2.5 "SATA: Samsung 850 EVO, WD Blue 3D / SanDisk Ultra 3D
and NVMe: Samsung 960 EVO and Samsung 960 PRO
Now there is something more interesting, can you tell me what you would advise?

If we are talking about the best in general, without regard to the budget - Intel Optane.
If we are talking about buying an SSD for work computers in the specified budget - M2 SAMSUNG EVO on a Polaris or Phoenix controller.
Although it is better to clarify what working PCs mean - what they will do on them.
