The best smartphone for Android development?

It is interesting to practice developing applications for Android.
What device would be optimal for this?
In terms of the optimal ratio of such criteria as:
- price
- the ability to
overpay for expensive devices, you don’t want to, but you also don’t want to have a cheap phone “cut off by functions”.
Does it make sense to look at the fact that the phone would be localized immediately. Or can a Russian translation be put on any android device?
Will it be profitable to order a phone somewhere over the hill, or is it better to buy here?

If not cropped, then you need a processor with at least Cortex-A8

for any.
It is more profitable abroad, but the biggest gain is when buying top ones, respectively, because. you are going to take not the top one, the savings are reduced.

I bought a Nook Color for development and reflashed it with a MIUI assembly, it's enough to test the toy.

I would say HTC HD2 (Although it is standard on Win Mobile, but Android updates are one of the first to be ported to it) - it is the most developed as such. Just maybe it's "slightly" outdated. That's why I took HTC Desire HD
