Search engines give only the answer how to make a simple animation like alpha, rotate.
How to make an animation transforming a circle into a square and vice versa?

For example in Animate CC (Former Flash Professional) such animation is done easily through shape tween and exported to a frame sequence that can be used as an animation for android.
You can also draw frame by frame in any graphics editor.
Surely you can make such an animation in svg, read about this format.
