We use SCRUM ourselves, but we decided to invite a coach to launch a new team.

Please share your experience of participating in trainings on Agile, SCRUM, XP.
Interested in Russian-speaking coaches.

What did you like, what didn't you like?

To get started, choose from which direction the trainings will be: ScrumAlliance or Scrum.org.
From ScrumAlliance, excellent training on ScrumMaster (CSM), as a trainer I recommend Sergey Dmitriev from Unusual Concepts — he is CST and provides an excellent base on the framework
From Scrum.org excellent training on ScrumMaster (PSM), as a trainer I recommend Ilya Pavlichenko — he is PST ( similar to CST from Scrum.org) and provides excellent tools for the ScrumMaster.

There is a coach from ScrumAlliance - Alexey Krivitsky. He conducts the author's two-day training, very interactive, according to his own methodology (scrum with LEGO). + after this training, you can take the exam for a certified scrum master for free. According to statistics, 96% of listeners calmly pass it - i.e. doesn't seem to be very difficult.
