The best program for a break while working at the computer?

I have never used such software, but I decided to try it. All articles on this topic are from 2010-2013. I didn’t figure out how to google such software correctly. Guess who is using what? Interested in:
- a reminder to take a break
- customizable time and duration of a break
- there may be tips with exercises for the eyes and body
UPD: OS WINDOWS

and even better go to eat and at this time massage your eyes and do exercises) 2 in 1. And what's the point of you specifying the duration of the break? Do you need alerts? You are not going to spend the entire break at the workplace. This is if you synchronize the program with the phone, then the reminders will be of use.

I used Keep Focused for a long time, about 4 years ago (but then I didn’t need it) now only Pomodoro Timer on a smartphone
on a computer is only a timer for working / active time
as an alternative, I’m training in one of the wikium breaks)
