The best method to implement an artificial neural network in the field of robotics and recognition?
I'm interested in robotics and my last few questions are related to the fact that I'm interested in implementing them in a functional language, but so that they can control the hardware, the functionality of which will be described in C. Is this possible or does everything need to be written in C or C++?

Neither the choice of a programming language, nor the specific implementation of a neural network, is in any way determined by the subject area, but only by a specific program task, the most diverse of which can arise in any subject area. It is possible that assembler will be the best tool for writing firmware for a children's toy controller, for a microcomputer in a president's nuclear suitcase - haskell, for example. And perhaps vice versa.
