The best database migration library for PHP?

Familiar only with the Wii migrations. You have to choose a library for database migrations on a highload project, there should not be a hard binding to a specific framework. What do you advise?

We use https://phinx.org/
There are some complaints about it, in particular, not explicit behavior if the migration falls somewhere in the middle.
But in general, it's okay.
