Fireworks - saves to PSD. There are minor bugs, long abandoned by Adobe. The speed of work and creation of layouts is the highest, but bugs must be known and constantly fought.
Figma - perfectly transferred to layout designers. They go into the figure itself and copy the CSS and measure the indents. It works as if the layout designer opens in Sketch and takes everything from there. (For those who don't know, the sketch has indent measurement and copying of css, colors in HTML and text, no problem.). Minus - Figma is not suitable for the web, terribly exports the font and letters to SVG. The results are murky and scary. Tech support says they can't fix it.
Affinity - opens PSD, import from Sketch via svg. Works great. There is a minus - when transferring to layout designers, you need to save it in PSD or Afinity -> SVG -> Sketch -> Zeplin.
Who knows, working with SVG is a pain. Most editors will break the paragraph into separate isolated lines of text.
Adobe XD feeds on promises. And the speed of development and implementation of features is no. But - the latest version is surprisingly workable. No transfer of layouts.
Xara is also good (the transfer of layouts is being decided, I would love to hear how?)
I made a conclusion for myself - I abandoned Photoshop a long time ago, Sketch for Mac, Affinity for Windows.

Wait for Adobe XD, Sketch should be blown away, and a good alternative from Adobe

Who cares - I ended up hooked on Figma.
The lack of features that are necessary as air (damn, there are no Swatches and text styles !!!), but in general, working on interfaces in it is easier and faster.

Since Sketch's only competitor for windows is Adobe XD, just go broke and get an iMac.
I've been eating Adobe breakfasts since the days of Project Comet, but one day I just spat and took an iMac 5k for growth. The speed of development and convenience paid for itself in six months.
If you don’t want to go broke, mac mini will be a great solution.
