The Atcom-AT-530 IP phone has stopped working and is not accessing the web interface. How to fix?
Hello. I have a problem with telephony. The problem is as follows: the Atcom-AT-530 ip phone is broken. After the device was set up, it worked, until suddenly it stopped working at one moment. Moreover: you can't access the device's web interface, and when conducting a ping test, it does not drop a single packet. Initially, I thought that the problem was in the internal boards of the phone, until recently the exact same Atcom-AT-530 device stopped working (it also worked for a long time after the initial setup and stopped working after a certain time). Moreover, the symptoms are the same: you can’t access the web interface and when pinging, packets are not dropped. Atcom itself has ceased to exist (which is not surprising) and it is not possible to consult with it.
Could you tell me what could be the cause of the problem and what are the solutions? Thanks
