Sender ID no longer supported in Russia?

Good day!
We have been using SMS sending services for many years. The other day I began to notice that SMS sent by service providers either do not reach the addressee at all, or do, but the Sender ID changes to some kind of crap! Is this the notorious fight against terrorism? Or what? How to be then? How can I identify now my own SMS coming to the server and, say, used for taxiing by this server (I understand a shitty example, hypothetical, but still!)

This question should be addressed to your mailing service and in general how your sender id is confirmed
ps this is not a fight against terrorism, this is a fight against those who send SMS and put 900 in the header and the like
