Selection of ip phones for managers

It is necessary to select phones compatible with Asterisk for executive staff with the function of video conferencing.
From the tested Grandstream GXV3140 and Yealink VP530.
None of them fit for various reasons.
Neither one nor the other has the normal ability to have a single full-fledged address book, there is no way to remotely upload photos, you have to manually upload them to your phone and scatter them in the address book. The inconvenience of searching in the address book, then there is no T9, then the Russian language is not the first when typing and you need to press the key 8 times so that a Russian letter appears in the line. In the course of work, they showed low usability directly by the users themselves.
Tired of experimenting.
Maybe someone has gone through all this and can advise on what to look for?

In general, the choice fell on UNIFY Desk Phone IP55G and OpenStage 60. Not without flaws, but you can overcome them. Video works fine only with UNIFY devices. The transfer and forwarding functions are tailored for their ATS, I got out with DTMF commands hung on buttons. The implementation of many functions is simply excellent compared to competitors, official support for Asterisk is announced, it works via POE, can be synchronized with Outlook contacts using a special utility, understands LDAP with a bang and looks for an employee by any field in AD. Recommend!
