The active tab in Visual Studio jumps to the leftmost position, how to fix it?

I can't find the appropriate setting in the options.
VS 2015.3 + Extentibility Tool + Resharper installed

I recently struggled with this myself.
You need to uncheck one checkbox in the settings
Tools -> Options -> Productivity Power tools -> Custom document well -> Sorting -> Most recently used
