PhpDesigner 7, collapse-expand lines of code?

Good afternoon.
There is a phpDesigner 7 program, I think many have heard about it, and many have worked with it.
And I just can’t figure out how to set up the ability to collapse-expand logical blocks there?
Such pluses and minuses opposite the line.
For example, there is a code
Opposite the line of the first div there is a minus, if you click on it, everything will collapse into one line, and unfold if you click on the "+" that appears.
I searched on Google, but did not find it.
Notepad++ has it, Visual Studio has it too, but I can't find it here.

This is called Code folding . In phpDesigner 7 it just doesn't exist. Try PHPStorm, Netbeans or other IDEs.

On Facebook, a lot of people vote for him. They promised to do it in version 8.
