What IDE should I use to use Javascript (and frameworks) effectively?

I tried NetBeans 7, Aptana 3, WebMatrix 2 - everywhere there are huge difficulties with intelligence for additional libraries (such as jQuery). As a result, I came back to the native VS2010 interface, where everything works almost out of the box.
Q: What do you use when developing websites using javascript frameworks? I would like to be able to just open a single js file for editing, and immediately take advantage of the code-complete for third-party libraries, etc. (by adding a link to the library in any way). Is it possible anywhere?
Thanks

@Goder

Look at products from jetbrains
WebStorm for example
I don’t know how about opening a single file, but if jquery is nearby, then it should automatically pick it up

I don't know about efficient, but NetBeans IDE seems to do a good job and knows jQuery.

Try Eclipse.
