Wi-fi network in the router, 5 ghz is turned off every day. How to fix?

Such a problem, eats a Tplink router, it has 2 networks 2.4 and 5 hertz. So, the 5th network is cut off once a day. That is, he works for a day and then teaches. That is, neither the computer nor 3 phones at home can see it.
After rebooting the router, everything appears.
I'm hardened to restart it once a day. Maybe there is a solution?
Thanks

// Check if there is a scheduled Wi-Fi shutdown (maybe you have such a function).
Reset router settings and check (there must be a button on the router for this, physical).
If the settings are critical - most likely there is an export of settings, use it for subsequent recovery after verification (I do not recommend).
