Hello dear Khabrovites. Interested in this question, in particular on the territory of Ukraine. I want to open a web development office (website creation) in the near future. So far, they are interested in documents, what acts of acceptance are there - transfers of work done on design, layout, software part. In general, how to draw up a TOR is understandable. But most of all, it is the realities of the day that are of interest, how to correctly draw up an act for the implementation - the transfer of work. (If possible - for an individual)

For example, everything is very convenient to do through the calendar plan. There you paint the stages of work by deadlines. First preparatory steps. When the next stage of development begins, after the transfer of the product to the customer, he must fill out an acceptance certificate.
Here are the main stages of our latest project (the main reporting documentation in brackets):
1. Study of the object ( Report on the results of the analysis. Description of integration solutions. )
2. Development and approval of the terms of reference and technical project ( TOR, TP (Description of automated functions, Description organization of the information base) ).

4.1. Integration and carrying out preliminary tests ( Program and test methodology. Act of preliminary tests. Modified Prototype (hereinafter - OO), Modified set of working documentation (hereinafter - RD) )
4.2. Conducting pilot operation, acceptance tests ( Act of completion of trial operation, Modified OO, Modified set of RD, Acceptance test certificate. )
5. Commissioning( Act of Acceptance for Industrial Operation )
But these are pieces. The project was big, lasted a year. There is a lot of other, more specific documentation out there. The above are the main elements that you can take into service.

Our organization acts as a customer for developments, and so we have managers for whom, in principle, the project is being done, but who believe that “everything is not possible to foresee”. Therefore, at the initial stage, they lay in the requirements “the main thing that works”. And then they begin to "move the buttons and try to poke kittens where they are not appropriate."
You will be saved from this by a joint detailed study of the requirements and the addition of points on improvements to the contract (moving buttons is free of charge, adding a new form or function is by agreement of the parties, but not less than 2.5% of the initial cost of work).
