E-mail (1 address) receives letters with attachments (invoices, acts, etc.) from several organizations. Now a paper register has been set up, where the employee writes down the organization, files, date, serial number.
It is required to automate the maintenance of the registration log in electronic form. In this case, it is not necessary to store attachments, but you need to store attachment names.
So far, I have reached the following scheme:
1-mail is redirected to the address of a free account of one platform for creating
an enterprise management system (hereinafter referred to as PF)
2-tasks are automatically registered (as a log), each task has its own number
3-it is possible that some then the rules (have not tried it yet)
But so far I have not achieved that investments are not applied to tasks (the amount of free PF space is limited to 1 GB).
Perhaps there is some free mail processing service that could extract the file names from the letter and insert them into the body and send it without attachments to the PF, or maybe it is possible to implement the required one in another way?

Is there any free (mail) service that allows you to more flexibly apply rules to letters (as, for example, in The Bat) than the common mail.ru, gmail.com, etc.?
I just need to cut attachments from the email, insert the names of the attachments with their size into the body of the email, and forward this email further to the address of any CRM/ticket system that can register entities by email.
