Text font is distorted. What could be the problem?

Microsoft windows server 2003.
Today there was a problem with displaying some fonts, in particular arial.

Screenshot from 1Ski, other programs have the same problem. Transferred the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts registry branch from another computer. And copied the arial.ttf font itself

It was decided by removing updates from 12.02.15 with a reboot

The same problem. Removing updates from 02/12/15 with a reboot did not bring results. Fonts in the browser and on 1s are clumsy.
