I'm in love with Roboto .
If you play around with font-weight, then it's great for headlines.

I really like the font on the Toaster. Reading is pleasant and convenient.

Since I really love antiqua, I prefer Vollkorn. It has slightly odd numbers, but is otherwise good.
Free, eight styles, good native kerning, ligatures.
The only negative is that it is still unclear with Cyrillic italics.

Also - Paratype Sans/Serif.
Bureaucerif is still on the way - it's very good on the preview.

The main thing to remember is the basic rules for working with fonts - tracking is no more than ± 10% of the normal one, we discharge capitals and uppercase letters, no lowercase ones.
