Tell me / advise the guru, suddenly where I miscalculated or you can collect even more budgetary, maybe you can offer another iron. I would like to hear your advice. Budget - no more than 35 rubles.

In a test environment - Exchange is not demanding on the processor.
For DAG, 1 controller with 1GB of memory is enough, a client of 1GB of memory will be enough, two Exchanges of 4GB each.
Those. the weak point will be your disk subsystem. But for testing your configuration is enough.
