, please tell me, are there any mail services that allow you to check and retrieve mail from third-party servers by pop3 every 1-2 minutes? it is necessary in order to read the mail raised on the exchange in gmyl via the web - do not offer the pop built into the gmyl, it is slow, forwarding from exchange too - it is there but works with big brakes, I want pop, which will contact exchange extremely often and then forward to gmail

I have not tried it myself, but maybe something from the pop-collectors of other free servers - mail.ru, rambler.ru ..?
or put your mailer and configure it as you like.
btw, in my experience with Exch, you can still make it work stably, so if it is under your control, I would figure it out and not invent great :)

gmail checks your mail more often the more often you get emails.
Paid gmail can be configured.
