Tiles (square pictures) from tile.openstreetmap.org are distributed under the CC BY-SA 2.0 license , it is written about it here . I quote:
Nominatim's terms of use are here: wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim_usage_policy
Now you can think about whether these licenses allow you to use these services in the way you intend.

Like as "Open" assumes free use. Wiki clipping:
Ready-to-use maps are available online at the OpenStreetMap site itself and through many other sites (with additional features)[59]. Using the "Export" function, you can get HTML code to insert into any site with the ability to draw a marker (but there are also more powerful tools, such as Easymap, with which, for example, you can build routes). Maps are also available for download in original format and in formats for various car and other navigators. Special programs for mobile devices (Java, Apple iOS, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.) and computers are also available.
