Terminal Server Windows Server SaC?
For Windows Server 2019, Microsoft offers only 2 update channels: Windows Server LTSC (Long Time Support Channel) and Windows Server SaC (Semmi-Annual Channel). LTSC Windows Server stuck at 1809, which is not a very recent version. Windows Server SaC has versions 20H1 and 20H2.
Windows Server LTSC has 6 editions: Standard, Standard (Desktop Experience), Datacenter, Datacenter (Desktop Experience), EssentialsCore, Essentials (Desktop Experience). There are only 3 of them in Windows Server SaC: Standard, Datacenter, EssentialsCore. There are no GUI versions. Is it possible to somehow raise a terminal server from a remote app on Windows Server 2019 Semmi-Annual Channel?! How to put a graphical shell on the server without GUI?

Unlike previous editions of Windows Server, it is not possible to convert Server Core to a Server with Desktop Experience (and vice versa) after installation . If you installed Server Core and then decide to use a Server with Desktop Experience, you must reinstall.
