How to set up a subscription to the security log of a computer in a domain network?

There is a domain network. On a windows server 2012R2, I want to set up a centralized collection of security logs from all hosts on the local network.
I subscribed to one computer.
I did everything according to the manuals, as a result, all events except the security log are collected, but the security log is not.

I created an account under which a subscription is issued. This account is a member of the Domain Admins group in AD and the Journal Readers group.
I also added the Network account to the Readers of the Journal group.
But the result is the same. The security log is not transmitted ...
