How to make the user logged in on the dedicator without RDP connections?

There is a dedicated server with win server 2008 R2, to which you can connect via RDP with admin data. Can I make it so that, say, I turn off RDP, and the admin remains logged in?

so if you just close the rdp client, the admin will remain logged in.

What does turn off mean? Are you ending your session? And you do "disconnect the session", and in the policies prohibit the termination of the disconnected session.
