Tension spasms of the muscles of the eyes and face. Who faced?

Good afternoon.
Briefly. The story has been going on for over a year now. At some point, vision will begin to deteriorate. With vision came eye strain, due to the face and even the muscles associated with the jaws.
Visiting doctors, making a diagnosis.
Now I wear lenses. -0.75 -0.5
Tension arises during the day, especially if I interact heavily with devices and PC. Everything is aggravated by artificial lighting, in daylight it is easier to bear.
Relaxation of spasms occurs after work and before sleep. This can take 10-15 minutes, or maybe a couple of hours.
Maybe someone will say. Who faced similar.

The answer is to this question.
I have stage 1 keratoconus.
Soft contact lenses are not my option. Despite the fact that they correct vision according to the indicators of instruments and plates. This is generally not effective, although some doctors are convinced (or not aware of the opposite).
The bottom line is that anyway, neither lenses nor glasses were comfortable for me (see keratoconus and symptoms in Google / Yandex).
Picked up hard scleral lenses. This is not a panacea, but a number of particularly painful symptoms choked. With this, too, there are nuances. But the bottom line is that the correction in this case is much better. It's like I used to walk with weights under 20kg on each leg and thought why I was so tired, but now a significant part of the load has fallen. Healthy eyes do not feel such an overload that I felt, respectively, such significant symptoms do not occur in the form of spasms.

establishing diagnosis.

So, what's the diagnosis?
What do you expect to hear? And most importantly, what are you going to do with it? Have you been diagnosed by doctors? Here, follow their recommendations. This is YOUR body - and all the advice from the Internet, even with the SAME diagnosis, can be harmful.
