Temporary profile on machines in VDI, how to solve?

Already asked a question, but did not receive an answer, I decided to put the question differently.

There are 2 machines:
Srv1: Hyper-V (AD, DNS, DHCP, CA)
Srv2: Hyper-V, RDS

Created a collection based on a shared virtual desktop pool.
The problem is that when any user (including the admin) logs into the virtual desktop, it gives an error "Failed to log into the account" and a temporary profile is created. All deployments of roles and configurations were made under one domain administrator.
If you connect directly to the virtual desktop from the collection pool, then everything is in order.
To check, I created a collection with personal desktops, there were no problems.
