Tell us about RFID and NFC bracelets?

1) Do such bracelets perform the main function of RFID / NFC tags? Simply speaking, they exchange information with the reader
2) Should they be picked up like regular tags? By what criteria exactly?
3) What equipment will they work with? With ordinary readers, with the required frequency, or do you need your own specific one?
4) Where can I buy NFC bracelets besides ALI and Ebay? Do they sell such bracelets in Russia that work with ordinary NFC readers?

@Seth26

1) A bracelet is just one of the forms for RFID tags, the same as a key chain or ordinary plastic the size of a bank card.
2) Yes, select as usual labels (usually according to the following criteria:
2.1) frequency/standard (125kHz/13.56MHz/960MHz) (ISO/IEC 14443/15693)
2.2) manufacturer (NXP, HID Global, TI, SONY and others)
2.3) technologies (EM-Marine, HID Prox, HID iClass, MIFARE (NTAG/UL/Classic/Plus/DESFire) and others)
3) The choice of a reader is determined by the same criteria as the choice of tags. There are readers that support multiple types/technologies, but there are also readers that only support one or two. To them is added the choice of scope and interface (USB/RS232/RS485/Bluetooth and others)
4) There is a large RFID equipment store, the site does not present the entire range: www.smart-card.ru/access_control/rfid_bracelets
