I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone with NFS and a pass (white plastic rfid card) to enter work.
The question is - is it possible in the age of the latest technology to make a "copy" of this card so that the phone serves instead of it when passing through the turnstile?

No. For those same "white cards" operate at completely different frequencies.
