Tell me the Noise canceling algorithm (which works in real time and is used in headphones)

There are headphones that actively suppress noise using a microphone for analysis. We need the algorithm they use.

As far as I know, there the sound is simply given in antiphase. By the way, Google (noise cancelling algorithm):
www.sdltd.com/_tutorials/noise_cancellation.htm
www.rle.mit.edu/dspg/documents/Two-sensoractive.pdf
and wiki:

Conferencing systems definitely have an adaptive LMS (Least Mean Square) filter. In headphones where you don't need to cancel echo, something simpler is possible.
