How to convert an audio file to a headless G.726-32k format?

There is an IP phone, the pre-installed ringtones are not satisfactory (there is not even a normal dynamic “beeping” like ordinary office phones). You can upload your own melodies, but the phone only understands the untitled G.726 format (32 kbps).
Tried to convert FFMpeg. It worked, but the output was a file packed into a RIFF (WAV) container. I uploaded WAV to the phone - when playing a melody, there are unpleasant sound distortions.
Is there a way to directly convert to g726 without a container? If not, is it possible to "pull" an audio stream from a RIFF container?
Standard ringtones for example: music_g726.zip

I found a program that successfully coped with the conversion. Called FMJ-Software Awave Audio (version 11.1) The program is paid ($50), but there is a 30-day trial period. Your phone is now set to Cisco Chirp 1
