Hello.
I ask for help - I need a bracket for the monitor like this:
the "rail" is attached to the wall, from the "rail" a lever normally sticks out to the wall, on which the monitor hangs.
Something like this (I threw it in a minute - I think it's understandable):


And then all the time I get on something that is screwed to the table, or implies mounting the monitor parallel to the wall.

It is not entirely clear from your description - should it move up and down perpendicular to the wall?
Maybe there is in citilink ?
