Would you like to get a job in a company that has an office in a private house?

Good afternoon!
We do not have a big startup, we sat in a classic office in a business center (Moscow) for half a year. Now we are thinking about giving up the office and renting a private house (within walking distance from the metro).
Tell me, would you begin to get a job in a company whose office is located in a private house? Wouldn't that put you off? Considering that the startup and the company are generally unknown on the market? We are just planning to hire 2-3 programmers

No.
Information has just passed that there are many complaints about such conversions of the housing stock into non-residential ones.

Yes, it’s not a question, the main thing is the people who work there, the atmosphere. Put a table for tennis, a slot machine, sofas, bean bags, transform the space and everyone will care about the lantern where you are, well, at first unusual ...

Is a private house a real house (cottage) or an apartment in an apartment building?
I do not live in Moscow, but in a smaller city - here they practice in a cottage on the ground floor and in the basement office, workshop, shop, and on the second - the owner lives. And everything is fine.
In Moscow, an acquaintance worked - an accounting company, served 1C clients - a rented apartment on Babushkinskaya.
So - as you are interested - so people will be drawn to you.

Depends on how the "home - office" looks like. I had 2 interviews in a company that was based just in private homes. So one of them completely looked like a village one (even a mongrel was running around in the yard) - the thought immediately appeared that I would definitely not work here. The second case is a small, cozy two-story house, in which it was pleasant to work. On the first floor there was a reception room, a kitchen and two large offices, on the second floor there were managers.
I think the main thing is to leave the feeling that you really go into the office, and not a village house.

I would trust more, since a whole separate house for an office is cooler than some separate room somewhere else :)
