Monitor/monitors for macbook?

Available macbook pro 2019 15" and working macbook pro 2019 16".

I don't know how best to arrange a workplace for them.

Now there is an open laptop and a small 21.5 "monitor on the side. It's somehow not very convenient. 3. you can also stand. but this does not eliminate the need for additional monitor(s). I have such .
Makos fully supports ultra-wide monitors. but personally I prefer the regular ones. if only because one of them can be deployed vertically.
