Tell me a solution for rerouting sms and calls

During frequent trips outside the home region, you want to shift all communications to the Internet, working through a local SIM card, but frequent calls and SMS to your home SIM card do not allow this.
I would like an android application for sending incoming SMS and notifications of incoming calls to a specific e-mail, ideally, sending letters that came to the phone via e-mail in the form of SMS (for the possibility of SMS correspondence via e-mail).
The Android phone at the same time would lie at home.
