Tell me a program for 3D design of an apartment?

The task is to decide what color the apartment will be, where the sofas will be, and where the TVs will be.
Important -
- comparative simplicity (I have a lot of experience in working in after effects, but I don't want to complicate it here)
- free (or a trial period)

For personal use is free and plus there is a library of 3d objects.

3dsmax, maya - also possible, but fatter, more helpful
