How to put a picture on a layout for a glass?

Hello. The point is this: there is a picture, and you need to stretch it on the glass layout, that is, make it curved, so to speak, and so I think, is it right to use Arc Deformation? That is, like this:

And will the text be smooth after printing?

Depends on the shape of the glass, doesn't it?

Is it correct to use Arc Deformation?

No, not correct. Calculating punches for cutting is a task for technologists of a printing house, not for photoshop. I categorically do not recommend doing something by eye, this should be done in CAD's or ArtPro, specific for such work.
An amateur knee-high result, without knowledge of the specifics of such production, most likely will not even be taken to work - give it to professionals, my advice to you.
