Hello.

For my project, it was necessary to make a telegram bot, DNS was on cloudflare, to protect against DDOS and SSL. After some time, CF did not miss some requests from the telegram and had to wait for some time.

How to solve this problem? I wanted to connect directly, via an IP address (without a domain), but telegrams require an SSL certificate.

Make a sub-domain ala telega.mydomain.ru and wrap hooks from the cart on it.
Or, make a filter on CF for the telegram subnet (they have it in the documentation), but I'm not sure that CF can do this, you need to check it.

Get a certificate with letsencrypt
