How to create an nginx subdomain?

Hello everyone, just a little question.
There is a domain that is linked to cloudflare
nserver: mira.ns.cloudflare.com.
nserver: ned.ns.cloudflare.com.

The server itself is hosted by hetzner.
On debian 10.

It turns out I need to create a subdomain. Is it correct that I add an A record in my cloudflare account and then how to create a subdomain in ngnix? just create a config with
subdomain.domain.info.conf parameters and restart nginx? Or is there something else that needs to be done?
