Disable cache on all subdomains in cloudflare?

The site uses cloudflare. The main domain example.com has cloudflare cache enabled. But there are about a dozen subdomains where I don't want to use the cloudflare cache. The rule *sub1.example.com/* Cache Level: Bypass is currently configured for one subdomain. This rule works great. But how can I apply this rule for all subdomains at once, so that the main example.com domain is still cached?
